NOAH: Embassy and Urgent Message

Second matter, and which is of slightly more importaince, is that earlier this evening, one of your nations ( Mandark) attacked one of our nations (Badger Boys II). This was an unprovoked attack for the given reason of "I'm Tech Hungry!!". NOAH is a peacefull alliance, and intends to use diplomatic efforts in the pursuit of reparations at our requested Embassy.

Yeah I got freaked out, I'm new to the game and I didn't realize what I was doing. My friend told me to do it. Sorry for everything I have done. Peace Treaty is on its way.

We are pleased and thankfull for the Peace, but are unable to accept until Reps have been paid. As the defending nation didn't have alot of Tech and soldiers, so Reps wont to be expensive.
